Order process

You can easily order your products via our website, pay and have it delivered to an
address in the United Kingdom. After we have received your order, you will
automatically receive a confirmation email. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email,
please contact us via email address info@samlovesmax.org or call us during office
hours on +31850805272.

Shipping cost

For orders with a value over £ 35,- shipping within the United Kingdom is free of
charge. For orders with a value under £ 35,- the shipping cost is £ 3.99.

Payment

You can pay for your order in our webshop via Ideal, Creditcard (MasterCard and Visa),
Apple Pay, Paypal, Giropay, automatic collection.

Delivery

If you order on weekdays before 17:00, we will ship the package the same day via DHL.

Do you order after 17:00, on the weekend or on a public holiday? Your order will then
be processed and shipped the next business day with DHL. Usually, packages are
delivered by DHL within 5 business days when shipped within the United Kingdom.
You can have your order delivered to any address you want in the United Kingdom. For
an order with an order value of £ 35 or more, we take the shipping costs for our
account. Is the value of your order less than £ 35,-? Then the shipping costs are for your
account.

Having doubts after placing the order?
Do you have doubts about your order or did you not order the right thing after all and
want to change the order? Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an

Order failed?

If placing the order failed, there may be several reasons.

Have you already paid and the money has already been withdrawn from your account?

How quickly the money is back in your account depends on the reason for the failed
